Extrusion crosshead is a key component for cable extrusion. It is very important for cable excentricity、stripping force and cable surface.
Technical Specification :
The series of W crosshead is fixed centering design, cone distributor made by four axis CNC precision-grade, with balanced pressure, without dead angle, simple structure and easily operation. The distance between tip and die can be adjusted at axis direction by set screws. After crosshead supporter adjusted well, no excentricity changed while changing over different dies.
