Based on the harshness requirement for the package of automotive cable, Singcheer’s SPS 400（Singcheer Package System）makes a better solution for knot and disorder, which traditional package methods cannot do.

Due to the special design with capstan, it can be integrated with the existing lines very easily. Automatic change over, SIMOTION and latest Siemens technology for the control system, Siemens AC servo motors for drive and traverse system, Friendly HMI and multi language for easy operation Manipulator with Singcheer know how. The production speed is up to 1500m/min. As soon as SPS 400 was listed, it attracted most of automotive cable makers, especially Force, KBE and LEONI.

Cable disorder effectively reduced

The phenomenon of knot and disorder of cable is the frequent occurrence at the production process. Due to the special traverse method, SPS 400 effectively reduces the possibility of disorder to improve the efficiency and quality .


Recycling and removable spool

The service life of conical spools of 400 is longer than others because of its ABS material. The spool can be removed and recycled, which greatly reduced the cost of space and logistics recovery.


Larger load capacity

Larger load capacity is more convenient for storage and transportation, for instance, the length of FLRY-B 0.35m㎡ automotive cable is up to 18km.
