The requirement of vehicle-mounted cable is more and more inclined to be small size and light in weight ,which makes thevehicle-mounted cable develop towards miniaturization, oil resistance ,high temperature resistance and other high performance . The insulating materials are mainly irradiated crosslinked EPDM, EVA, irradiated crosslinked polyolefin, elastomer CPE, low smoke halogen-free flame retardant irradiated polyolefin, etc.

SINGCHEER EXJ100/50 SINGCHEER EXJ50 extrusion line is mainly used for the production of control and Signal cables (EN50264) core wires in locomotive cables. For special extrusion materials, SINGCHEER extruder screws and head components have been optimized to ensure efficient and high -speed extrusion.
The production line can be used for sheath extrusion of control cable.
