SINGCHEER's 120 rubber CV line for is mainly designed for the production of rubber power cords, which can be used for both of insulation and sheath extrusions.

Core wire range: 0.5mm²~4.0mm²

Cable range: Ø6mm~Ø18mm

Max production speed: 300m/min

The control system configuration

The control system consists of Siemens WinCC+ 300PLC, distributed IO structure. All the drives and detection instruments are by Profinet bus communication, and all digital control technology makes the system simple, flexible and reliable. The software programmed with WINCC and the user-friendly operation interface guarantee the precise control.

Extrusion process 

The production line is equipped with the fixed centering crosshead which reduces the dependence on the operator’s skill, material waste, and more production costs.

The main extruder can meet the use of rubber stripe or pellet, easy for change over and operation. 

Main extruder temperature control

By the communication between the master control through and TCU unit.

The temperature is controlled within ±3

Steam temperature and pressure control

Automatic steam control valve is adopted to control the pressure of saturated steam and related temperature. The accuracy of steam pressure is controlled within ±0.5bar.

Water level control

Differential pressure and variable frequency PID control, water level height (length) control within ±3 meters.

Cable adhesion adjustment

Through the water level point temperature detection, if the actual temperature is higher than the set temperature, the automatic valve of bypass pipeline drains, to meet the process requirements to water temperature for test point.

Quality Statistics

The use of SPC quality statistics is to improve product quality and production trends, whole-process quality control, and to increase the effectiveness of quality reporting is a good proof of product quality to the customer and ISO audit.
